I partnered with Konnekt to bring this vision to life from refining the brand identity to designing a scalable, responsive platform. Our work included UX research, information architecture, UI design, and custom interactions that made browsing and hiring feel intuitive. As the freelance market grew increasingly saturated and unvetted, the team saw an opportunity to build a curated, high-trust platform tailored to startups and fast-moving companies. The goal? A frictionless way to find and hire exceptional creatives without the usual complexity.

Konnekt aimed to position itself as a trusted design talent platform, but it entered a market crowded with freelance networks, generic job boards, and talent marketplaces with bloated UX. The challenge was to carve out a distinct identity while building a user journey that felt faster, smarter, and more human.

To address the friction in user experience, we redesigned the Konnekt platform around two distinct user journeys — one for clients and one for designers. Instead of a generic homepage, users now land on a focused hero section that immediately offers two clear paths: “I’m Hiring Designers” and “I’m Looking for Work.” This segmentation ensures each audience reaches relevant content without unnecessary steps or confusion.
